Since I was a child, sport and fitness have been my passion. I believe in the benefits of sport and good nutrition. So, for me it is a real pleasure to motivate my clients and to help them reach their goals.
Part of a good personal training session is looking after your form and execution of the exercises. What’s also important is the combination and variation of exercises, depending on the target you want to reach. Last but definitely not least, proper nutrition plays a major role.
My training sessions take place wherever my clients want; outdoors, at their place or at my private gym (Kreis 2).
No matter what your goals are, like simply losing weight, building muscle, getting back on track after an injury or getting in better shape after pregnancy, I will take you there in a healthy and effective way.
As they say “if it doesn’t challenge you, it won't change you”. So, let's get to work and have FUN!

Sport und Fitness sind seit meiner Kindheit meine große Leidenschaft und fester Bestandteil meines Lebens. Daher macht es mir unglaublich viel Spaß, meine Kunden zu motivieren und ihnen zu helfen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen.
Wichtig für ein effektives Training ist die Kombination und Variation von Übungen, je nachdem, welches Ziel du erreichen möchtest. Außerdem kommt es auf die korrekte Ausführung und Haltung bei den Übungen an.

Du entscheidest wo du mit mir trainieren willst: im Freien, bei dir zu Hause oder in meinem privaten Gym (Kreis 2).
Egal, was deine Ziele sind, zum Beispiel Gewicht zu verlieren, ein bestimmtes Trainingsziel zu erreichen, nach einer Verletzung wieder auf die Beine zu kommen oder nach der Schwangerschaft wieder in Form zu gelangen, ich werde dich auf gesunde und effektive Weise dorthin bringen.

One reason was that I had knee issues which started in my first pregnancy and I wasn’t sure which exercises I could do.
